Trends in the insurance industry
Peter will speak on what’s changing in the insurance industry and what we need to be aware of as property owners/business owners/individuals.
He has worked in the insurance and risk management sector in Wellington for the past 15 years. He is a born and bred, passionate Wellingtonian and is an old boy of St Patricks College, Wellington.
During his time with Crombie Lockwood, Peter has held roles as Wellington Branch Manager, Wellington Branch Director and Regional Director for Wellington, Nelson and Blenheim
Peter began his insurance career in 2007, joining Crombie Lockwood to manage the Wellington Broking operation consisting of 45 broking and claims employees. This has now grown through Peter’s guidance to now employ over 90 Wellington based staff.
In 2011, the Wellington office of Crombie Lockwood, won the ANZIIF Broking Office of the Year award and has consistently been a high performing Branch within the Crombie Lockwood network. In 2012 and 2013, Peter accepted additional responsibilities to oversee the Nelson and Blenheim offices of Crombie Lockwood. In 2018 Peter was selected as the Crombie Lockwood Branch Director of the Year.
