He was on the Board of Rotary International from 2020-22 and has served as the Dean of the Rotary Representative Network, which connects Rotary with international organisations such as the United Nations and the World Bank. He has been deeply involved with RI’s work on peace-building and has served as Chair of the Rotary Peace Centers Committee. He grew up in Lower Hutt and attended Hutt Valley High School. In 1973, he was a Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholar.	View
