Rapid progress is being made with the construction and fitting-out of the new hospital building. Notwithstanding lockdown disruptions and supply chain delays, there have been only relatively minor delays to the building programme. All works are scheduled to be completed in late 2022, and, once rigorous commission testing of all services has been completed, the building will be open to patients and families.
